In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product is found to be defective, incorrectly fulfilled, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a solution which may include a replacement, or refund.
General Exclusions
Refunds and exchanges are not available for:

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Exchange Policy
JEREMIAH24CO does not offer exchanges for change-of-mind requests. If an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will facilitate a replacement or refund as required by consumer legislation. If size is incorrect, please contact our team within 48hrs of receiving item so we can orgernise a solution. All postage is the customers responsibility.

We strongly suggest using tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return transit.
